Project Manager – Modern Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all facets of technical projects from their inception to final delivery.

• Contribute to the success of service delivery and ensure customer satisfaction through proficient project management.

• Assist in managing incidents and facilitating communication with various clients.

• Collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on project-related tasks and provide regular updates on project status.

• Utilize Ahead systems and various management tools to keep project information current.

• Aid in the development of Statements of Work (SOWs) and customer presentations.

• Cultivate customer relationships and support the identification of additional sales opportunities.

• Recognize and act on opportunities to ensure customer success.

• Formulate, define, and implement project plans, scopes, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Create and disseminate project status reports to internal management and client project teams.

• Coordinate tasks and activities among project team members, other internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as necessary to achieve project objectives, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards.

• Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure project objectives (such as deadlines, scope, and quality) are met.

• Carry out project closure activities to formalize and communicate project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing activities.
