Project Manager – Modern Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate all facets of technical projects from inception to completion

• Contribute to successful service delivery and customer satisfaction through proficient project management

• Assist in managing incidents and facilitating communication with various clients

• Collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers and Program Managers on project tasks while providing regular updates on project status

• Leverage AHEAD systems and diverse management tools to keep project information current

• Aid in the creation of SOWs and customer presentations

• Build customer relationships and support the identification of additional sales opportunities

• Recognize and implement opportunities and initiatives to ensure customer success

• Create, define, and execute project plans, including scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Generate and distribute project status reports to internal management and client project teams

• Coordinate tasks and activities among project team members, internal departments, and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations to achieve project objectives and ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality project completion

• Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to meet project goals

• Conduct project closure activities, including communicating project acceptance, handover documentation, and ongoing tasks

• Assist in the development and enhancement of PMO processes and procedures
