This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate strategies and establish project roadmaps

• Oversee and enhance internal processes and workflows

• Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure successful project delivery

• Organize and delegate tasks while managing team capacity

• Develop and track timelines and project plans

• Assume responsibility for project advancement and maintain communication with executive management

• Assist our delivery team by eliminating obstacles, allowing them to concentrate on execution

• Provide support to our content teams during production days

• Comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams

• Proficient in both German and English, speaking and writing

• Capable of articulating complex issues in a clear manner

• Solution-focused approach and quick learner

• Maintain composure and work methodically, even in high-pressure situations
