Project Manager – Memoir, Book Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee various book production projects concurrently, from initiation to finalization.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout their entire experience.

• Develop robust, trusting relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Coordinate interviewers, writers, editors, and other contributors for each project.

• Plan and manage project timelines and key milestones.

• Monitor submissions, drafts, revisions, photographs, and approvals.

• Ensure projects stay on track and communicate updates proactively.

• Organize the final production and delivery of completed books.

• Keep accurate records using CRM and project management tools.

• Hold regular meetings using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to uphold quality standards.

• Identify and address project challenges before they affect delivery.

• Manage around 25–30 simultaneous projects while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

• Experience with CRM and project management software (HubSpot experience is a plus).

• Reliable home office with a quiet workspace.
