This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the management of medical publication projects from start to finish
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and liaise with all departments within the company
• Manage client and management expectations while maintaining strong faculty relationships
• Ensure that programs stay on track and adhere to established parameters
• Develop, maintain, monitor, and balance project budgets
• Oversee external suppliers and manage project resources
• Ensure that programs are timely and aligned with primary objectives
• Provide continuous updates to both internal team members and client contacts
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and faculty
• Handle written and verbal communications effectively
• Keep updated on client organizations, their products, disease states, and publications
• Participate in activities aimed at new business development
• Organize and lead project meetings while managing timelines and event schedules
• Ensure project performance is on-budget, on-time, and aligned with strategy
• Supervise and facilitate the development of project activities
• Assist in training new members of the account team
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications setting is required
• Ability to understand and retain scientific information
• Strong technical skills are essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with publication management platforms such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Proven experience in successfully leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong financial management capabilities
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Ability and willingness to inspire and motivate others

• Remote work arrangement, with most staff working from their home locations
