This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee timelines, milestones, and financials throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate directly with clients and various stakeholders across the business matrix.
• Provide leadership to the designated project team(s).
• Effectively manage expectations while ensuring quality and performance standards are upheld.
• Assume full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation, and successful completion of medium-scale projects.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks that could impact project success.
• Maintain realistic project plans and ensure consistent and accurate communication with stakeholders.
• Utilize appropriate project management methodologies and tools, whether predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile).
• Ensure quality reviews are conducted on schedule and in accordance with procedures.
• Manage the change control process, ensuring project deliverables are completed within agreed costs, timelines, and resource budgets, and receive sign-off.
• Provide effective leadership to the project team and take necessary actions when team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
• Employ tools and techniques for specific areas of release and deployment activities.
• Record activities, log results, and document technical activities performed.
• Assess, analyze, develop, document, and implement changes based on change requests.
• Investigate and report on hazards and potential risk events within specific functions or business areas.
• Monitor and maintain all necessary financial records to ensure compliance and audit according to agreed requirements.
• Assist other areas of IT with their financial responsibilities.
• Contribute to financial planning and budgeting.
• Ensure that all project-related financial requirements are clearly understood and met.
• Implement a stakeholder engagement and communications plan.
• Address problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.
• Gather and utilize feedback from customers and stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of stakeholder management.
• Foster the development and enhancement of customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with tools to communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment of enterprise solutions within the life sciences sector.
• Experience with cloud deployment of regulatory enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferably Scrum), UML, Object-Oriented design, Data Modeling, Process Modeling, and/or other development methodologies.
• Experience in and knowledge of the life sciences and regulatory sectors.
• Solid professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (such as Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Maths, Science, Engineering, Computing, etc.) or equivalent project-related experience.
• Fluent in English.
