📋 Description

• Overseeing all facets of medical communications projects from start to finish

• Developing content, organizing advisory boards, and conducting speaker training

• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams

• Collaborating with all departments within the organization

• Meeting the expectations of clients and management

• Building strong relationships with faculty

• Ensuring programs stay aligned with goals and within established limits

• Developing, maintaining, and reconciling budgets

• Managing external vendors

• Keeping projects on schedule and focused on core objectives

• Providing continuous updates to internal team members and client contacts

• Managing resources effectively

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Three to five years of applicable project management experience in a healthcare communications setting is essential.

• Candidates must possess the ability to understand and retain scientific information, along with a strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
