β’ Overseeing all facets of medical communications projects from start to finish
β’ Developing content, organizing advisory boards, and conducting speaker training
β’ Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
β’ Collaborating with all departments within the organization
β’ Meeting the expectations of clients and management
β’ Building strong relationships with faculty
β’ Ensuring programs stay aligned with goals and within established limits
β’ Developing, maintaining, and reconciling budgets
β’ Managing external vendors
β’ Keeping projects on schedule and focused on core objectives
β’ Providing continuous updates to internal team members and client contacts
β’ Managing resources effectively
β’ A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ Three to five years of applicable project management experience in a healthcare communications setting is essential.
β’ Candidates must possess the ability to understand and retain scientific information, along with a strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
