Project Manager – Medical Affairs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of medical communications projects from start to finish.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and efficiently manage resources.

• Ensure timely and professional communication, both written and verbal, with clients and faculty members.

• Guarantee that client expectations are fulfilled across all aspects of program activities.

• Create new project budgets and oversee the reconciliation process for individual projects.

• Organize and facilitate various project meetings, providing continuous updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Three to five years of pertinent project management experience within a healthcare communications setting is required.

• Candidates should possess the ability to understand and retain scientific information, along with a strong technical proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
