Project Manager – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance internal systems, workflows, and operational procedures.

• Recognize opportunities for automation and efficiencies driven by AI throughout the organization.

• Assist in optimizing communication, project management, reporting, and delivery processes.

• Aid in the implementation of scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.

• Supervise and support daily agency operations across various departments.

• Collaborate with client service and fulfillment teams to enhance efficiency and improve customer experience.

• Ensure that projects and deliverables remain organized, timely, and in accordance with company standards.

• Assist in the creation and optimization of business development systems and outreach strategies.

• Support the development of sales models, pipeline management, and growth initiatives.

• Help identify new opportunities for operational scalability and revenue enhancement.

• Work alongside leadership on strategic planning and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an operations professional in a marketing, digital, creative, or service-oriented agency.

• Proven operational leadership with experience across client delivery, marketing, and business development.

• Background in improving systems, workflows, and team processes in expanding businesses.

• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and operational efficiencies is highly desirable.

• Ability to work closely with founders and leadership teams in a hands-on setting.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Capability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
