Project Manager – Marketing Agency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and streamline the agency's project workflow, ensuring that each request is initiated, assigned, monitored, and completed within the established deadline and scope.

• Initiate and set up projects in Ekyte: create tasks, designate owners, establish start and due dates, and structure the workflow.

• Keep project scopes and boards in Trello consistently updated.

• Facilitate daily agenda alignment with the team, overseeing priorities, statuses, and each member's workload capacity.

• Adapt to and reprioritize urgent or new requests without hindering ongoing deliverables.

• Monitor potential risks, delays, and deviations from the project scope, implementing preventive measures.

• Manage team capacity, identifying availability for new project requests.

• Ensure that clients and the account team are consistently informed about project status, next steps, and upcoming deliveries.

• Confirm that deliverables meet the agreed scope before they are dispatched.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to the workflow.

• At least 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or account servicing within marketing agency environments.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and concurrent requests.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Basic understanding of the digital marketing production process, including paid media, copywriting, and design.

• Ability to work fully remotely with a high degree of autonomy and self-discipline.
