Project Manager – Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the successful execution of both divisional and corporate initiatives.

• Collaborate effectively with business owners, product managers, and other key stakeholders.

• Strategically plan and oversee projects to achieve their defined objectives successfully.

• Organize and direct the project team in developing and implementing the execution plan.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to conclusion.

• Identify and address risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and schedule project resources and activities efficiently.

• Communicate with business owners and external partners to ensure alignment.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive updates on project status to various governance bodies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience, with at least three years in managing medium-sized projects.

• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation processes.

• Demonstrated success in managing medium to large-scale software as a service projects.

• Proficient in engaging with executive leadership, including VP and C-suite communication and governance.

• Familiarity with MS Teams, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.

• Exposure to SAFe Agile methodologies or Agile work practices.
