This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee project charters, baseline metrics, data collection strategies, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Plan, design, implement, validate, and finalize post-implementation tasks in alignment with project goals.
• Establish KPIs that focus on scope, timeline, cost, delivery, service, and quality standards.
• Facilitate the resolution of deployment issues, risks, and challenges that arise.
• Identify opportunities to enhance process automation, scalability, and efficiency within installation teams.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to discuss project progress, issues, and risks.
• Provide consistent updates to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to incorporate continuous improvement concepts into design and documentation via engineering changes.
• Ensure the prompt execution of approved engineering modifications across installation sites, including retroactive implementations.
• Support installation teams and troubleshoot issues related to design and material delivery.
• Document and disseminate best practices, process enhancements, and innovative solutions.
• Promote transparency, swift decision-making, and cohesive cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial or robotic automation installation projects.
• Capacity to devise creative solutions and deliver projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
• Ability to identify issues and potential risks, gather data, establish facts, and reach valid conclusions.
• Capability to implement change initiatives with minimal disruption while maximizing adoption.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills for guiding technical teams and addressing competing priorities.
• Experience utilizing business intelligence tools to generate insightful metrics.
• Process-oriented, lean-focused, methodical, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Preferred: PMP certification.
• Preferred: Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen certification.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Jira, Smartsheet, and SAP.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to designated site locations.
• Valid driver's license and capability to drive or fly to client and customer locations.
• Openness and ability to work in Western or Central time zones.
• Physical ability to navigate steep stairs, work at heights exceeding 45 feet, operate in confined 24-inch spaces, endure temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.
• Willingness to spend approximately 75% of site time on construction sites, adhering to required PPE.
• Compliance with safety regulations, including lock-out tag-out and fall protection protocols.
