Project Manager – Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of software development and custom technology projects, ensuring they align with business goals and timelines.

• Manage billing, time tracking, and budgetary considerations.

• Supervise team performance, communication, and problem-solving efforts.

• Implement Agile methodologies to streamline project workflows and guarantee timely solution delivery.

• Lead meetings such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, which includes timelines, status reports, and resource allocation plans.

• Provide project updates to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.

• Over 5 years of experience in SDLC project management.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with JIRA and Notion.

• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• The candidate’s background as a Business Analyst will be assessed based on their previous roles.

• Proficiency in professional English (C1/C2).

• Must be located in Latin America.
