Project Manager – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete lifecycle of high-complexity technological or architectural projects.

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, monitoring, and closing of initiatives.

• Proactively mitigate risks and manage cross-dependencies between various technical teams.

• Facilitate follow-up committees and provide clear, actionable executive reporting for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in managing technological or architectural projects.

• Postgraduate degree or current certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).

• Thorough mastery of timelines, risk management, meeting minutes, dependencies, and executive reporting.

• Collaborative Work: Ability to synergize multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal.

• Assertive Communication: Capability to translate project status into clear and concise executive reports.

• Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to anticipate blockages and swiftly resolve impediments.
