This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Offer tactical assistance for client-focused clinical and non-clinical laboratory initiatives.
• Oversee and enhance project performance, focusing on financial oversight and client communication.
• Supervise all elements of assigned clinical/non-clinical trial protocols throughout the project's duration.
• Ensure comprehensive project performance and client satisfaction by fulfilling client expectations and requirements.
• Advise laboratory management, technical personnel, and support teams regarding clinical trial administration.
• Track budgets, revenue forecasting and recognition, along with submissions for contract modifications.
• Coordinate the review of data transfer agreements and data transfer requests.
• Draft meeting agendas, minutes, and timelines for data transfers.
• Comprehend protocol terminology and adapt it to internal systems and processes.
• Recognize and escalate risks related to project timelines and financial goals.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and process enhancements.
• Provide internal consultation on project management challenges and pinpoint efficiency improvements.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification.
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, including Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities.
• Proven adherence to procedures and policies.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and data.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in identifying and resolving conflicts in a professional setting.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–5 PM.
• Occasional travel to site locations and some domestic travel may be necessary.
