This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.
• Design and evaluate clinical trials.
• Oversee the delivery of project and program management.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction in all matters related to ICON services.
• Attend and represent ICON in meetings with Sponsors.
• Manage 10-15 studies in line with Good Clinical Practice standards.
• Communicate the progress of studies to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner, providing regular management reports.
• Offer ICOLAB support to personnel from the sponsor.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as life sciences or healthcare.
• Prior experience in project management within a clinical research or laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of representing the company in Sponsor meetings.
• Capacity to concurrently manage multiple studies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills to effectively oversee study documentation and timelines.
