This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee projects focused on the implementation, enhancement, and governance of ITSM processes and tools;
• Manage transformation efforts and ongoing improvements within IT Service Management;
• Establish and track schedules, risks, KPIs, action plans, and project governance;
• Facilitate executive meetings, status updates, and align with strategic stakeholders;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, along with infrastructure and operations departments;
• Ensure that deliverables are achieved within predetermined timelines, scope, quality, and budget;
• Assist in advancing ITSM process maturity, operational efficiency, and user experience;
• Advocate for best practices in governance, ITIL, service management, and project management.
• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager in IT-related projects;
• Background in ITSM, Service Desk, IT Governance, or IT Operations projects;
• Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL and PMBOK;
• Proven experience leading projects within complex corporate environments with various stakeholders;
• Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, organization, and conflict management;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present at the executive level;
• A hands-on, proactive, outcome-focused, and ownership-driven mindset.
