This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assume full responsibility for engaging customer projects in an international setting — from order intake through to successful project acceptance.
• Foster active communication and coordination among our customers and both external and internal project stakeholders, while leading and motivating cross-functional project teams.
• Guarantee project success by effectively planning and managing schedules, costs, and scope of delivery.
• Generate regular forecasts along with technical and commercial reports on the current project status to maintain transparency and efficiency.
• Proactively handle claims and change control to effectively address challenges while remaining focused on project objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar technical qualification.
• Several years of professional experience as a project manager in plant engineering or industrial plant projects.
• Proficient in German, English, and French to communicate effectively in an international project environment.
• Strong customer orientation and a keen sense for technical and commercial viability to devise customized solutions.
• Organized and independent working style, accompanied by a high degree of responsibility and reliability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Skilled in MS Office applications, including MS Project, for effective planning and documentation.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30%) to provide on-site customer support.
