Project Manager – Infrastructure Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous deployment and migration initiatives for customers into 11:11 Systems with minimal guidance.

• Ensure project deliveries are completed on time, within budget, and that successful outcomes for customers are achieved.

• Take full ownership and provide support services to fulfill commitments to customers.

• Adhere to 11:11 Systems' project management methodologies and apply sound judgment to each project while utilizing the appropriate tools for the specific scope of work.

• Develop and implement processes and best practices for cloud migrations.

• Manage ticket escalation processes and ensure consistent adherence to these protocols.

• Create support best practices and adjust the support management framework as necessary.

• Identify potential risks or deficiencies and mentor team members within the cloud integrations organization.

• Communicate project requirements and trends to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for ongoing integration needs.

• Manage and enhance existing tools and automation utilized for service operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams regarding migration requirements for new or existing services.

• Align customer and internal staff expectations by effectively communicating milestones and deliverables to all involved parties.

• Promote communication and transparency among all teams involved in project delivery, including customers.

• Work with vendors to address integration needs.

• Ensure that all escalated customer tickets are promptly addressed and escalated to vendor support as necessary.

• Improve team efficiency by embracing ownership of new and diverse requests and seeking opportunities to enhance job outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, aligning actions with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.

• Handle all company data and information responsibly according to Company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.

• Review and adhere to company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices, annual compliance training certification, and policy acknowledgments.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is required.

• 3+ years of proven experience in managing or coordinating projects.

• PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience in managing technical projects across teams within an organization.

• ITIL experience is preferred.

• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.

• Results-driven and organized with the capability to plan and meet deadlines while motivating others to succeed.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship.
