Project Manager – Health Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a portfolio of strategic partnerships to enhance awareness and participation in Healthier Generation initiatives.

• Identify key stakeholders within the school community who can act as advocates for whole child health initiatives.

• Provide coaching, consultation, technical support, and capacity-building for partners on HG tools, resources, and best practices.

• Track and report on project progress and outcomes.

• Create and/or promote success stories, best practices, exemplars, and lessons learned to showcase the impact of the program and organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in schools, public health, out-of-school time, or other youth-focused settings.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.

• Preferably knowledgeable in public health systems, school health, or community-based programming.

• Familiarity with grant compliance, evaluation frameworks, and outcome measurement is desirable.

• Experience collaborating with cross-sector partners (e.g., government, education, healthcare, nonprofit organizations).
