This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, execution, and assessment of healthcare programs that are in line with value-based care frameworks.
• Evaluate clinical, financial, and operational data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and highlight opportunities for enhancement.
• Work in partnership with clinical and administrative leaders to facilitate care coordination, population health initiatives, and quality improvement projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across various workstreams.
• Lead a team on major projects or a key segment of extensive and intricate initiatives.
• Accountable for managing the financial budget and performance of the project, including assessing resource requirements based on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and regulatory standards (such as CMS, NCQA, HEDIS).
• Generate executive-level reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of organizational knowledge.
• Analyze new and intricate project-related challenges, devising innovative solutions that encompass scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.
• Monitor project advancement, making necessary adjustments to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee alignment of project objectives and goals.
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated experience working within integrated healthcare systems and value-based care settings.
• Strong grasp of healthcare delivery models, payer-provider interactions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Outlook, etc.).
