This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in establishing structure, clarity, and momentum within a complex portfolio of projects.
• Propel execution through effective project management by converting program priorities into concise plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Foster visibility and alignment by monitoring progress across initiatives against objectives, KPIs, and grant obligations.
• Build operational transparency by maintaining organized systems, including trackers, dashboards, and shared resources.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams by coordinating contributions, managing deliverables, and supporting cross-team reviews and approvals.
• Promote clear communication and decision-making by planning and conducting structured, outcome-oriented meetings with diligent follow-through.
• Identify potential risks and resolve issues proactively by recognizing gaps and assisting teams in taking actionable steps to remain on course.
• Ensure continuity and accountability by supporting program operations, including grant coordination and a well-organized end-of-contract handover.
• A university degree in a related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in managing projects, programs, or complex workstreams, preferably in a nonprofit, policy, or mission-driven context.
• Experience collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, including direct interaction with the Europe Director or equivalent leadership roles.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools or systems for tracking deliverables, timelines, and workflows (e.g., Monday.com, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
• Experience in coordinating work across teams in a global organization, navigating time zones, geographic locations, and diverse functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to facilitate meetings and ensure clear follow-through.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
