This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of assigned client implementations from the initial internal kickoff to project closure and transition to account management, escalating significant risks and decisions to the Head of Implementation.
• Keep detailed and precise project plans that outline milestones, dependencies, and site-level readiness.
• Coordinate with field implementation team members to confirm deployment timing, scope, and readiness across various sites.
• Modify schedules in response to client changes, construction delays, shipping adjustments, weather events, and other unforeseen circumstances.
• Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and issues across hardware, software, staffing, and scheduling workstreams.
• Transform on-site issues into organized action items with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Provide regular updates on project status to both internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Assist and progressively lead recurring client meetings, fostering agendas, accountability, and forward progress.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the conversion process.
• Drive software onboarding, encompassing third-party account setup, brand asset development, and operational setup uploads.
• Oversee the mapping and loading of legacy car wash members into AMP.
• Manage the delivery of draft applications and conduct demonstrations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing until client sign-off is achieved.
• Support strategic internal projects, including product launches, AI strategy implementation, and platform migrations.
• Apply project management principles to cross-functional internal programs.
• Document lessons learned and enhance implementation playbooks and templates.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management or implementation experience.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in coordinating hardware and/or software implementations, preferably across multiple sites or stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating high professionalism in client-facing interactions.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent follow-through while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to balance demands of quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, monday.com, and AI tools like Claude.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for client kickoffs, go-lives, and site visits.
• Experience in car wash, POS, or field deployment is advantageous.
