Project Manager, Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a portfolio of customer implementations, ensuring timely, scope-compliant go-lives and delivering a superior onboarding experience.

• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders in the DME/HME sector.

• Create and uphold project plans, timelines, and milestones while effectively managing scope, risks, and dependencies.

• Facilitate kickoff meetings and oversee platform configuration, data migration, integrations, go-live, and post-launch transitions.

• Work in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to address obstacles and enhance the implementation process.

• Evaluate project and adoption metrics to monitor progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to customers and internal leaders.

• Provide training, share best practices, and offer guidance to ensure customers achieve long-term success.

• Stay updated on SaaS and DME/HME industry trends to foresee implementation challenges and opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management within a SaaS environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous implementations and deliver projects within established timelines and scopes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proficient in aligning and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Data-oriented and organized approach.

• Proficient in utilizing project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Smartsheet.

• Capable of multitasking and excelling in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions.
