This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +12 more states.
• Prepare for and engage in the Readiness Assessment and possible sales initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client, which involves considerable travel.
• Organize and lead a new client Kick-off Meeting aimed at gathering requirements and conducting discovery.
• Assist the Client in performing impact analysis to accurately identify the necessary requirements for a seamless and successful implementation.
• Ensure that all requirements are recorded in the standard project templates and tools, obtaining Client approval prior to initiating builds.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan and an open items log for effective project monitoring.
• Continuously assess and report on the project's progress regarding its status to internal management, subject matter experts, and the Client through weekly status reports.
• Provide assistance with escalated client concerns, member issues, project challenges, etc., as identified or requested by the client, either directly or through support from Navitus subject matter experts assigned to the project.
• Offer go-live support via remote access, internal on-site presence, or client site access, which includes working on January 1st each year and other non-business days as necessary.
• Lead Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client.
• Support additional client-related projects that require project management services.
• Assist with internal departmental projects.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to fulfill client requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience is required.
• A valid State Driver’s License and a current Automobile Insurance Policy are necessary.
• At least 4 years of project management experience with external clients is required.
• Knowledge of the PBM or healthcare industry is essential.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and/or ACA products is preferred.
• Must participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
