Project Manager III – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee the finances, personnel, facilities, and equipment entrusted to our ministry with integrity.

• Lead the execution of intricate infrastructure and vertical construction initiatives.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within financial constraints, and in accordance with the organization's standards.

• Set up project controls, implement risk management strategies, and establish reporting frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required.

• Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
