This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Facilitate productive Agile and SAFe team events that enhance planning, delivery, inspection, adaptation, and ongoing improvement.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile practices that foster ownership, collaboration, transparency, and efficient delivery flow.
• Assist with PI Planning and release planning by clarifying capacity, goals, risks, dependencies, and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate priorities, project scope, handoffs, dependencies, schedules, and delivery commitments across teams and stakeholders.
• Provide clear delivery updates that include progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and subsequent steps.
• Advocate for high-quality Jira and reporting data to ensure visibility into work, capacity, delivery health, and emerging trends.
• Convert team-level delivery insights into communications for stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and assist in resolving impediments, risks, issues, and inter-team dependencies.
• Elevate concerns that involve impact, ownership, mitigation strategies, and timing considerations.
• Aid in ensuring release readiness, checkpoints, demos, testing preparations, follow-ups, and delivery communications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, Engineering, Quality, Business, Application Leadership, vendors, and technology teams.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, data-driven insights, and practical enhancements.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Lead, Agile Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or similar technology delivery positions.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Proven experience in supporting planning and execution of delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar Agile work management tools for tracking delivery, reporting, and team visibility.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, business partners, vendors, and senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and influence abilities.
• Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM, or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a scaled Agile environment, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management, is preferred.
• Background in supporting enterprise applications, modernization projects, HR or Finance technologies, cloud platforms, data platforms, or shared service solutions is preferred.
• General understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, or contemporary application delivery concepts is preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment.
