This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Timely completion of projects using the appropriate resources, ensuring high-quality standards that align with the company's business objectives.
• Demonstrated success in implementing, managing, and delivering effective projects.
• Oversight of cross-functional teams for projects, collaborating with department heads.
• Manage resource allocation with other project managers by maintaining a comprehensive project “master schedule.”
• Create project timelines for all initiatives and communicate them effectively to teams (each team member should be aware of their tasks and deadlines).
• Ensure that necessary prerequisites are established to support the project (e.g., client deliverables, customer requirements/solution specifications, etc.).
• Facilitate daily and weekly project communications through meetings and other channels.
• Foster a motivated, informed, and mutually supportive team environment focused on achieving common goals.
• Track project progress in real-time to identify and address issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with customers.
• Collaborate with customers and Client Success/Strategic Partners to resolve any outstanding issues or queries that may hinder team progress.
• Regularly report to senior management on the status and health of projects.
• Provide continuous feedback to functional heads regarding the performance of team members.
• Conduct evaluations post-project and assign ownership for any subsequent actions.
• Continuously improve the product by encouraging teams to incorporate innovative ideas (interactions, graphics, animations, instructional methods) into ongoing projects.
• Work closely with teams to enhance processes systematically by eliminating waste, adding value, and improving the development toolset.
• Mentor and train team members effectively.
• Support the Project Management Senior Manager with additional responsibilities in a systematic and efficient manner.
• Actively engage in teamwork by setting high standards for both oneself and the team.
• A minimum of a Third Level Degree; BSc in Life Sciences or Registered General Nurse (RGN) preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in the clinical trial or technology sectors, ideally in a project management or customer-facing role, and/or 2 years of experience in SCS Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading project teams.
• Background in project finance, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Knowledge of professional/clinical trial industry standards, particularly a strong understanding of ICH GCP is essential.
• Project Management Qualification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with JIRA.
• Understanding of clinical trial services such as eCRFs, IXRS, and Central Laboratory services.
