This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Completion of projects successfully and on schedule, utilizing appropriate resources to achieve high quality standards, aligning with the company’s business strategy.
• Demonstrated history of executing, managing, and delivering successful projects.
• Management of cross-functional project teams, collaborating with functional leaders.
• Oversee the allocation of resources among project managers by maintaining a comprehensive project “master schedule.”
• Create project timelines for all initiatives and communicate them effectively to teams, ensuring each team member understands their tasks and deadlines.
• Ensure that all prerequisite items are established at the outset to support the project (e.g., client deliverables, customer requirements/solution specifications, etc.).
• Facilitate daily and weekly project communications through meetings and other methods.
• Endeavor to keep teams motivated, well-informed, mutually supportive, and focused on a shared goal.
• Track project progress in real-time to identify and address issues promptly.
• Exhibit a high level of professionalism when interacting with customers.
• Collaborate with customers and Client Success/Strategic Partners to resolve outstanding issues or queries that hinder the team's progress.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the health status of projects.
• Offer continuous feedback to functional leaders regarding the individual performance of team members.
• Conduct evaluations post-project and assign accountability for any resulting actions.
• Work towards the continuous improvement of the product by encouraging teams to innovate (interactions, graphics, animations, instructional methods) in ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance processes systematically by eliminating waste, adding value, and improving the development toolset.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Support the Project Management Senior Manager with additional responsibilities efficiently and orderly.
• Actively participate in teamwork by holding oneself and the team to high standards.
• Take personal accountability for individual deliverables and timelines.
• Share collective responsibility for the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Provide constructive support and critique to fellow team members.
• A minimum of a Third Level Degree, preferably a BSc in Life Sciences or Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• At least 5 years of experience in the clinical trial or technology sector, ideally in a project management or customer-facing role, and/or 2 years of SCS Project Management experience.
• Proven experience in managing intricate projects and project teams.
• Familiarity with project finance, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Knowledge of professional/clinical trial industry standards, with a strong understanding of ICH GCP required.
• Project Management Qualification is a plus.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Understanding of clinical trial services (eCRFs, IXRS, Central Laboratory, etc.).
