Project Manager II – T&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the scope, timeline, and finances of individual projects.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

• Provide clear guidance on next steps to project stakeholders when necessary.

• Track KPIs, manage the critical path, and oversee issues and change management.

• Deliver analysis, budget forecasts, and performance metrics for individual projects.

• Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external project stakeholders.

• Supervise construction, procurement, invoice preparation, and project documentation.

• Consistently develop and sustain a network of third-party consultants and vendors.

• Drive project acquisition initiatives by identifying opportunities and collaborating with the Marketing team on bids and interviews for projects.

• Exhibit a solid understanding of client and industry standards pertinent to design and construction.

• Showcase proficiency in negotiating solutions to client issues or project overruns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent training and experience.

• Over 7 years of Project Management experience in Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Substation, or other Utilities projects.

• Experience in the design and construction of public utilities.

• Proficient in MS Office, Primavera 6, SmartSheet, or similar software.

• PMP Certification is advantageous.
