Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of projects and programs, focusing on standardization, efficiency, and ongoing enhancement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, engineering, security, and SRE to track progress and manage dependencies.

• Act as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and promoting an Agile culture.

• Assist governance councils and oversee project prioritization, portfolios, and error budgets.

• Create executive-level dashboards and reports that encompass project health, sprint status, budgets, and SRE SLOs.

• Generate and maintain project documentation, such as charters, detailed plans, risk registers, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate changes, releases, and the rollout of SRE tools and Infrastructure-as-Code updates.

• Manage communications with stakeholders for both greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Facilitate transitions and ongoing support handoffs with necessary documentation, training, and playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive project and program management experience in technology-oriented environments.

• Demonstrated expertise as a Scrum Master utilizing Agile delivery methodologies.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience is required.

• Capability to operate across IT infrastructure, networking, and security domains.

• Strong organizational abilities in data management, dashboard creation, and document control.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, Gantt charts, and reporting platforms.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
