This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Timely and successful execution of projects using the appropriate resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with the company’s business strategy.
• Management of cross-functional teams throughout projects, collaborating effectively with functional leaders.
• Oversee the allocation of resources alongside other project managers through the maintenance of a comprehensive project “master schedule.”
• Create detailed project timelines for all initiatives and communicate them clearly to team members, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and deadlines.
• Guarantee that necessary prerequisites are established to support the project, including client deliverables and customer requirements or solution specifications.
• Facilitate daily and weekly project communications through meetings and other means.
• Work to keep teams motivated, informed, collaborative, and focused on a shared goal.
• Monitor real-time project progress to identify and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with customers and client success or strategic partners to resolve outstanding issues or questions that may hinder the team's progress.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding the status and health of projects.
• Offer ongoing feedback to functional leaders regarding the performance of individual team members.
• Conduct evaluations post-project and assign accountability for any resulting actions.
• Encourage continuous product enhancement by motivating teams to integrate new ideas, such as interactions, graphics, animations, and instructional methods, into ongoing projects.
• Collaborate closely with teams, utilizing their feedback to improve processes in a structured manner by eliminating waste, adding value, and enhancing the development toolset.
• Actively engage in teamwork by holding both oneself and the team to high standards.
• Take individual accountability for personal deliverables and deadlines.
• Share collective responsibility for the successful and timely completion of projects.
• Be supportive and constructively critical of colleagues while remaining open to the feedback and support from team members.
• A minimum of a Third Level Degree, preferably a BSc in Life Sciences or RGN.
• At least 3 years of experience in the clinical trial or technology industry, ideally in a project management or customer-facing role, and/or 2 years of SCS experience.
• Proven experience in managing intricate projects and project teams.
• Familiarity with professional and clinical trial industry standards, with a strong knowledge of ICH GCP required.
