Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for delivering projects on schedule and within budget while fulfilling client specifications.

• Facilitate coordination among team members across various functions and serve as the communication bridge to the client study team.

• Aim to enhance production processes by minimizing lead times and costs.

• Oversee cross-functional teams on projects and collaborate with functional heads.

• Create project timelines and guarantee that daily and weekly project communications take place.

• Track project progress in real-time to address issues promptly.

• Communicate with customers to resolve obstacles hindering team progress.

• Offer continuous feedback to functional heads regarding team members' performance.

• Perform post-project assessments and promote team contributions for process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a third-level degree, with a preference for a BSc in Life Sciences or RGN.

• At least 3 years of experience in the clinical trial or technology sector, ideally in a project management or customer-facing capacity, and/or 2 years of SCS experience.

• Proven experience in managing intricate projects and project teams.

• Familiarity with professional and clinical trial industry standards, with a strong understanding of ICH GCP required.

• A Project Management Qualification is preferred.

• Understanding of clinical trial services (eCRFs, IXRS, Central Laboratory, etc.).
