Project Manager – IAM, Infosec

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams on diverse projects utilizing both Agile and Hybrid methodologies.

• Proactively eliminate or facilitate the resolution of obstacles hindering the progress of program or product delivery.

• Educate and support the Product Owner and their teams to maintain a robust Product Backlog.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and related teams.

• Lead increment planning sessions to define scope and create release plans.

• Manage and facilitate cross-functional team ceremonies to support development and product launches.

• Teams may be located globally.

• Advocate for and enhance project change management processes and protocols.

• Promote team accountability while ensuring a continuous flow of high-quality value from the Release.

• Ensure that projects adhere to established operating policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Provide coaching to leaders and scrum masters in lean or agile methodologies.

• Demonstrates a goal-oriented mindset to pursue ambitious objectives and contribute to enterprise-wide Agile Transformation initiatives.

• Possess strong stakeholder engagement abilities, a practical outlook, and the confidence to deliver projects in a rapidly changing environment.

• Display creativity in problem-solving and communication.

• Exhibit a self-driven work ethic by facilitating and managing activities throughout all project lifecycle stages.

• Attentively address team needs and adjust approaches accordingly to support the delivery of business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years leading large-scale transformation programs that include business process and organizational change, multiple large-scale technology components, and utilize Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

• Proven experience in leading Information Technology and Cyber Security projects.

• Ability to engage effectively with various organizational levels.

• Experience in business analysis, software/solution development, Project/Program Management, and Delivery.

• Innovative self-starter with a commitment to helping teams leverage creativity to resolve issues.

• Collaborative work ethic suited for a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of the IT and system development life cycle.

• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

• APM or PMI Certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university.
