Project Manager – HR & Payroll System Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for HR and payroll technology implementations, ensuring successful delivery within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, facilitating communication, governance, and alignment among stakeholders.

• Lead steering committees and project boards, promoting executive-level decision-making.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful integration and user adoption.

• Identify and address risks, proactively resolving issues to sustain project progress.

• Uphold high standards of project documentation, reporting, and governance in accordance with Silver Cloud standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing intricate HR or payroll technology projects (e.g., Dayforce, HiBob, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).

• Ability to function as an independent contractor or associate, delivering results autonomously and professionally.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Comprehensive knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong commercial acumen and capability to effectively manage vendor relationships.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
