Project Manager – HealthTech Operations, eMarketing, AI Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects from start to finish

• Develop project plans, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones

• Monitor progress against deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Proactively manage risks

• Facilitate project communication among stakeholders

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within the defined scope

• Take ownership of the annual promotions and events calendar

• Ensure that all launches, courses, workshops, events, and promotions are scheduled and executed as planned

• Coordinate the execution of activities before, during, and after events

• Ensure a structured follow-up after events to enhance conversion and engagement

• Manage and maintain calendars throughout the organization

• Enhance project delivery systems

• Standardize documentation and reporting processes

• Collaborate daily with leadership, product teams, eMarketing, education, partnerships, sales, operations, development, design, and automation

• Utilize AI to enhance project planning, meeting notes, documentation, status reporting, risk management, workflow automation, communication, knowledge management, and decision support

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, operations, program management, or delivery

• Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities

• Strong capability in stakeholder management

• Familiarity with modern project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting

• Acute attention to detail

• A proactive, solution-focused approach

• Experience with AI in meeting summaries, documentation, project planning, risk assessment, reporting, workflow optimization, communication, research, and knowledge management will be highly valued
