Project Manager – Healthcare Provider Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the schedule for provider workflow initiatives, encompassing key milestones and dependencies throughout the program.

• Plan and coordinate resource and demand requirements across the program, collaborating with delivery teams to ensure appropriate resources are available at the right time.

• Take charge of budget management for the program, monitoring expenditures against the plan and promptly identifying any discrepancies or risks.

• Handle stakeholder communication among business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between leadership and delivery teams.

• Assist with governance activities, such as regular status and steering meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.

• Recognize, monitor, and manage risks and issues within the program, facilitating their resolution.

• Generate frequent status reports detailing progress, milestones, issues, and risks for visibility to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive project management experience leading intricate programs, which includes project scheduling, resource and demand planning, budget oversight, stakeholder communication, governance, risk management, and status reporting.

• Familiarity with Availity (preferred).

• Experience with provider-facing workflows (preferred).
