Project Manager, GTM Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and propel the execution of all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, webinars, partner outreach, and developer content.

• Maintain a centralized GTM dashboard that provides weekly updates with red/green/orange status indicators linked to overall revenue objectives.

• Conduct weekly standup meetings for marketing and sales operations, identifying discrepancies between planned activities and pipeline figures.

• Facilitate partner channel development activities, such as email drip campaigns and proactive engagement strategies with partners.

• Analyze web traffic patterns and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, promptly escalating any concerns to leadership.

• Manage the GTM project tracking system (Salesforce, Monday.com, or internal tools) and ensure it is consistently up-to-date, eliminating reliance on informal updates.

• Collaborate with Callbox and PLG vendors to synchronize timelines and deliverables.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude and automation workflows) to enhance outreach efforts and minimize manual tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project, program, or operations management within a B2B SaaS setting.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce is preferred) and marketing operations tools.

• Proficient in AI productivity tools and a strong interest in automation technologies.

• Comfortable working with data — capable of interpreting pipeline reports and clearly identifying gaps.

• Proven ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable, even without direct authority.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly summarize status updates for leadership.
