Project Manager – Ground Up Restaurant/Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee on-site management of construction operations

• Directly leads and coordinates the project team's activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to budget

• Actively communicates project-related concerns with the Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Director

• Reviews construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and scopes, to verify completeness and accuracy

• Analyzes bid results, specifications, test and progress reports, and other essential project data to gain thorough familiarity with the project

• Validates and confirms permitting requirements pertinent to the project or program

• Directly supervises and monitors field project work

• Carefully manages change orders related to projects

• Adheres to established standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation

• Prepares and delivers weekly status reports for ongoing projects

• Proactively identifies, addresses, or escalates project issues concerning cost, schedule, safety, or quality

• Represents the organization during project meetings

• Cultivates and maintains relationships with clients, potential clients, subcontractors, and vendors to foster new opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year degree in an accredited construction-related program or equivalent; or 7-10+ years of relevant experience in QSR/KITCHEN retail construction project management

• Ground-up construction experience is highly preferred and critical

• Strong grasp of multi-site program management

• Proficient in construction processes including pre-construction, permitting, scheduling, and project closeout
