This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Utilize AI-driven project management and analytics tools to facilitate planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Employ data-informed insights (predictive metrics, trend analysis) to foresee project risks, delays, or resource shortages and proactively establish mitigation strategies.
• Manage projects that involve AI-enabled or data-centric healthcare solutions, ensuring adherence to project scope, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Ensure that AI-related elements (when relevant) are adequately addressed in project scope, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Promote alignment among services, product, technical, and data teams when projects incorporate advanced analytics or AI-enhanced functionalities.
• Aid stakeholders in understanding the outcomes of AI-enabled projects, including advantages, limitations, dependencies, and operational effects.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance project execution via automation, intelligent reporting, or AI-assisted monitoring of project performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• PMP or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management within the services industry.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare Sector.
• Strong project management capabilities, encompassing planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of AI and data-driven concepts and their applications in healthcare, laboratory informatics, and service delivery.
• Competence in utilizing AI-assisted project management tools (e.g., predictive scheduling, risk scoring, automated reporting) to enhance planning precision and execution.
• Awareness of data quality, governance, and compliance requirements in managing projects that involve AI or advanced analytics.
• Capability to evaluate and address AI-related project risks, including reliance on data availability, model limitations, explainability, and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with AI-supported decision-making, performance dashboards, and intelligent reporting tools.
• Understanding of ethical and regulatory factors related to AI in healthcare settings (e.g., transparency, traceability, patient data protection).
• Ability to articulate complex AI-related subjects into clear, business-oriented communication for clients and non-technical stakeholders.
