Project Manager, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and manage the operational relationship with designated clients, ensuring that their applications scale to fulfill business requirements.

• Keep project documentation up to date and monitor task efforts using Smartsheet or Certinia.

• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and link effort and resource names to specific tasks.

• Facilitate internal and client meetings with comprehensive documentation and diligent follow-up.

• Effectively address internal resource conflicts to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of the target and achieve CSAT scores exceeding 4.0.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires 2-5 years of experience in a services delivery or technical implementation position.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Knowledge of basic SQL, JIRA/Confluence, and essential Snowflake architecture is required.

• SnowPro Core certification is required within 60 days of employment.

• Proficiency in German is necessary (regional requirements).
