Project Manager, Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire implementation process, from grasping client needs to ensuring seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and ongoing enhancement.

• Create scalable, customized solutions that align with customer workflows and business objectives.

• Partner with engineering teams to address technical challenges, tailor the system to customer processes, and integrate with existing infrastructures.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by anticipating their needs, sharing valuable insights, and optimizing automation benefits.

• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate customized implementation strategies and promote product adoption.

• Convert customer feedback into long-term enhancements for the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.

• Exceptional project management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple projects at once.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various functions and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical actions.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting to native-speaking clients.

• Experience with ERP systems or AI-driven SaaS solutions is advantageous.

• Practical knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a plus.

• Willingness to work remotely from Germany or Austria, or onsite in Zurich after onboarding.
