Project Manager, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of implementation projects and facilitate coordination between clients and internal teams;

• Collect business, functional, and technical requirements while collaborating with the Integrations department to ensure successful project execution;

• Conduct workshops and advise clients on transformation initiatives and operational best practices;

• Collaborate with clients to formulate strategies that promote long-term adoption, success, and satisfaction;

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders through ongoing communication and follow-ups;

• Monitor client activities and operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and objectives are achieved;

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and assist clients in maximizing the platform's value;

• Occasionally deliver training sessions and support key users in effectively adopting and utilizing the solution;

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level for both verbal and written), with the capacity to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Over 3 years of project management experience in a software, implementation, or consulting context;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;

• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple priorities effectively;

• Ability to adapt and thrive in an international environment;

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with enthusiasm for problem-solving and advancing projects;

• Quick to learn new concepts, technologies, and business processes;

• A collaborative mindset with the skill to foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;

• Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced, international setting;

• A commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and receptiveness to feedback;

• A strong interest in start-ups, entrepreneurship, digital innovations, and new technologies;

• Personal computer (minimum 8GB of RAM) with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload);
