Project Manager, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee implementation projects and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams;

• Collect business, functional, and technical requirements while collaborating with the Integrations department to ensure effective execution;

• Lead workshops and advise clients on transformation and operational best practices;

• Collaborate with clients to formulate strategies that foster long-term adoption, success, and satisfaction;

• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-ups;

• Track client activities and operations to ensure projects stay aligned with objectives;

• Spot opportunities for process enhancements and assist clients in maximizing platform value;

• Conduct occasional training sessions and support key users in effectively adopting and utilizing the solution;

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level for both spoken and written), with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Over 3 years of project management experience in a software, implementation, or consulting context;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;

• Strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and effective management of multiple priorities;

• Capability to adapt and thrive in an international environment;

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a drive for problem-solving and advancing projects;

• Quick learner of new concepts, technologies, and business processes;

• Collaborative approach with the ability to establish strong connections with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams;

• Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced, international setting;

• A commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and embracing feedback;
