This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Effectively manage key finance projects.

• Develop and oversee plans that control project scope, schedule, and budget.

• Coordinate documentation for baseline modifications and ensure that approved changes are executed.

• Maintain project logs detailing submitted changes and their status.

• Create project communication plans.

• Prepare written status updates and scorecards.

• Develop and present project review materials to senior leadership.

• Gather and document project issues and ensure their timely resolution.

• Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project activities for potential risks and escalate or address them promptly.

• Provide guidance to project team members and stakeholders regarding necessary or completed actions.

• Capture and share lessons learned upon project or project-phase completion.

• Utilize lessons learned in future projects.

• Assist project leadership in fostering a well-staffed, organized, and inclusive working environment.

• Prepare economic and financial forecasts to aid in financial decision-making.

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience in corporate finance and/or retail is preferred.

• Capability to perform detailed analyses and produce executive summaries.

• Ability to present and defend both personal and team work to senior leadership.

• Ability to work independently.

• Capacity to influence the decisions of individuals who are not directly supervised.

• No specific certifications are required.

• Leadership experience is not necessary.

• Remote/Virtual work arrangement.

• Overnight travel usually constitutes less than 10% of the time.
