Project Manager, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Project Manager to lead internal finance initiatives, focusing on process enhancement, system integrations, and reporting automation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• **Responsibilities

• - Oversee internal finance projects aimed at improving processes, integrating systems, and automating reporting.

• - Facilitate the onboarding of new service providers, such as payment processors and infrastructure partners.

• - Manage IT and marketing subscriptions, ensuring cost efficiency and proper documentation.

• - Map, document, and optimize finance workflows across all Group entities.

• - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and track milestones to guarantee timely and quality execution of internal projects.

• - Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

• - Lead and coordinate internal project meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure action points are tracked until completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in finance or operations.

• - Strong grasp of finance and accounting processes.

• - Experience in the onboarding or integration of new entities or systems.

• - Excellent coordination abilities and stakeholder communication skills.

• - An analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

• - Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
