This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee healthcare facility outfitting or construction initiatives, managing planning, coordination, and execution.
• Require strong leadership, contract management, and field coordination capabilities.
• Ensure that project milestones are achieved, necessitating over 50% travel for onsite installations.
• US Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
• Preferred prior experience in managing federal or military healthcare projects under the oversight of USACE, VA, or DHA.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, negotiate, and oversee contracts.
• Capability to interpret and redline drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, ProContractor, Audaxware, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel over 50% and assist with onsite execution as necessary.
• Knowledge of FAR clauses, small business subcontracting plans, and payment application processes (WAWF, IPP).
• Proven success in leading teams, including designers, subcontractors, and vendors in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage RFI processes, handle change orders, and communicate scope impacts to the government.
• Familiarity with QASP/3-phase QC processes and capability to oversee or support field safety compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access) and scheduling tools (Primavera and/or MS Project) is required.
• Experience in Federal contracting is essential.
• Ability to utilize the 3-phase inspection program.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Architectural, Engineering, and construction principles is necessary.
• Must pass a background check.
• A B.S. degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, or 10 years of direct experience is required.
• At least 10 years of construction supervisory experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a project manager or superintendent role on comparable projects.
• EIT certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in estimating and managing both self-performed and subcontracted work activities.
• Professional credentials, such as Engineer in Training (EIT) or Associate Constructor (AC) in good standing, are preferred.
• Must possess effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of architectural, mechanical, and Heavy Civil Work is essential.
• High proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and other software utilized in the construction sector is required.
• Current safety certifications, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR, are required.
• Current CQC certification issued by USACE is a plus.
• A General Contractor’s License is advantageous.
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
