Project Manager – EV Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of Program Increments (PI), ensuring that quarterly goals are effectively planned, executed, and completed on schedule, while actively monitoring progress, scope, and obstacles.

• Coordinate and synchronize two backend teams with cross-functional collaborators (frontend, infrastructure) to guarantee smooth cooperation and delivery.

• Convert product vision into practical multi-year roadmaps and integrated sprint-based plans, fostering technical, architectural, and business alignment.

• Establish, monitor, and communicate KPIs with clear, data-driven updates to stakeholders, including insights at the sprint level and executive summaries (e.g., SteerCo and top management).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across various regions, proactively managing communications and facilitating meetings.

• Recognize project risks and challenges, implementing strategies for mitigation.

• Ensure consistent alignment among development, infrastructure, and applications teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing software development projects (Agile/Scrum/SAFe)

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects within complex, international settings

• Proficient in Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence

• Skilled in reporting, visualizing, and communicating delivery progress

• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities

• Fluent in English

• Naturally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, requiring minimal supervision

• Nice-to-Haves (Not Deal Breakers)

• Experience with backend systems in mobility, automotive, or IoT

• Experience leading delivery in a multi-country distributed setting

• Understanding of system architecture (sufficient to engage in technical discussions)
