This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Evaluate ongoing workstreams, new ticket requests, and project priorities.
• Create and disseminate weekly and bi-weekly status reports that detail project advancements, milestones, risks, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with business intelligence developers, analysts, and operational leaders to obtain updates and confirm timelines.
• Clarify needs, identify dependencies, and tackle delivery obstacles.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team.
• Steer project scoping discussions related to reports, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Refine project scope, resolve uncertainties, and formulate actionable plans.
• Sustain and enhance Agile processes.
• Assess incoming requests for business context, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Track sprint progress, ticket volume, workload, throughput, and overall project health.
• Oversee intake, data governance, and project management for the Cogito analytics team.
• Advocate for self-service tools and pinpoint enhancements in processes and requirement-gathering.
• Direct Epic Cogito projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and uphold project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Collect requirements and manage the development, implementation, and optimization of Epic Cogito tools.
• Define specifications for dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
• Provide weekly updates to the Director of Data Analytics.
• High School Diploma.
• Proven experience in leading and successfully executing Epic Cogito projects from start to finish.
• Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Demonstrated capability in utilizing and enhancing Agile methodologies and processes within Cogito or analytics project teams.
• Experience in coordinating project teams, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and managing stakeholder input and action items.
• Experience in managing reporting and analytics projects, including requirements gathering, development, implementation, and optimization.
• Experience in developing and supporting dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with the Analytics Development Life Cycle.
• Knowledge of Epic's Cogito reporting solutions, which include Radar, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, and security practices.
• Maintenance of required Epic certifications for Cogito and Cogito Project Manager.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
• Cogito Certification is preferred.
• Cogito Project Manager certification is preferred.
