Project Manager – Enterprise AI Center of Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Execute the comprehensive AI implementation plan across various workstreams.

• Oversee dependencies and coordination of deliveries across teams.

• Uphold agile project management methodologies.

• Take charge of delivery governance and establish reporting schedules.

• Recognize, monitor, and address AI-specific risks.

• Facilitate operational readiness and transition activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 7 years of relevant experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of applicable experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in managing AI, data, or digital transformation projects.

• Expertise in project management and agile tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

• Solid grasp of agile delivery methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).

• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple simultaneous AI projects.

• Experience collaborating with AI/ML teams and translating technical progress into business results.

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
